Trident Consulting is seeking a Senior Contract Manager for one of our clients in Remote A global leader in business and technology services.

Title: Senior Contract Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $95/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the market access contract lifecycle from business case development and ROI analysis through negotiation execution and contract performance measurement.
  2. Draft negotiate review and execute Value & Access agreements proposals and customer communications in accordance with approved guidelines and strategies.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of contract templates and company positions on contract terms; identify negotiation risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  4. Establish track analyze and report KPIs related to contract execution performance and compliance.
  5. Maintain and update contracting policies procedures and processes while identifying best practices.
  6. Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics AI and other technologies.
  7. Provide guidance on contract interpretation reimbursement strategies payments and compliance.
  8. Partner cross-functionally with account management rebate operations payer marketing legal finance therapeutic areas government pricing and compliance teams.
  9. Provide guidance on contract compliance and accurate payments impacting forecasting and reserves.
  10. Maintain electronic contract files and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms to support contract execution maintain data integrity track workflows and key dates generate reports and respond to data requests.
  12. Maintain current knowledge of healthcare reform and payer channels including managed care organizations PBMs specialty pharmacies government contracting channels and healthcare exchanges.
  13. Partner with government pricing and rebate operations teams to ensure accurate price reporting validation payment calculations and timely customer payments in Model N.
  14. Support periodic business reviews with internal leadership and customers and facilitate contract-related workshops and meetings.
  15. Participate in meetings as the subject matter expert for assigned contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Finance Legal Studies Life Sciences or a related field.
  2. 810 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry including contracting managed care account management sales operations or equivalent experience.
  3. Strong financial and analytical skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CLM software.
  5. Strong verbal written analytical and communication skills.
  6. Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  7. Self-directed motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong cross-functional problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Juris Doctor Masters degree or MBA.
  2. Contract management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  3. Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution networks managed care environments specialty pharmacies and purchasing group affiliations.
  4. Government contracting experience.
  5. Proficiency in Contract Logix
