Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urologist who is either board-certified or board-eligible to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both outpatient and hospital-based urological procedures providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside 5 experienced physicians and 2 nurse practitioners offering state-of-the-art care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose treat and manage a wide range of adult urologic conditions in both outpatient and hospital settings.

• Perform procedures such as cystoscopies prostate biopsies complex urodynamics and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).

• Conduct advanced surgical treatments including da Vinci robotic-assisted prostatectomy partial nephrectomy vasectomy reversals and urological reconstructions.

• Collaborate with physicians nurse practitioners and support staff to provide patient-centered care.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in urological treatments and procedures.

• Provide compassionate care ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction at all times.

• Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.

• Proficiency in cystoscopies prostate biopsies robotic-assisted surgeries (e.g. da Vinci prostatectomy) and urological reconstruction.

• Experience with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and vasectomy reversals is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
