The Underwriting Systems Analyst-E&S is responsible for providing technical customer service support to FCCIs Underwriting user community. This role provides a key value by helping troubleshoot a variety of common and sometimes complex system problems in order to resolve quoting and policy issuance system Decisions issues promptly. Systems utilized include Duck Creek for Specialty/E&S lines of additionthis role provides valuable system training resources to ensure the UW technology is being fully and efficiently utilized. As a subject matter expert this team member partners with key stakeholders in the development and prioritization of new functionality and/or testing for system fixes and enhancements that enable a better experience and greater efficiency for the user role is hybrid at any of our FCCI offices (Sarasota or Lake Mary FL; Lawrenceville GA; Glen Allen VA; Carmel IN; Richardson TX Ridgeland MS.)

The salary range for this position is $56746-$87390 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities.
