Unarmed Security Officer

American Guard Services (AGS) is currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers in Pahoa Hawaii. We are seeking reliable professional and detail-oriented individuals to join our team and help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties.

• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor property and report suspicious activities incidents or safety concerns.
• Control access to facilities and verify authorized personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents emergencies and alarms in a professional manner.
• Complete accurate incident reports daily activity logs and other required documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with employees guests and the public.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Hawaii Guard Card required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
