Unarmed Field Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily field activities for a team of unarmed security personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies safety protocols and local regulations on all sites.
  • Perform regular site inspections identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate daily weekly and monthly reports on staffing incidents and operational metrics.
  • Conduct onthejob training performance evaluations and provide coaching to field staff.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients management and field teams to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage shift schedules overtime and resource allocation to meet client service level agreements.
  • Handle emergency situations coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary and ensure appropriate documentation.
  • Participate in recruitment onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required state security certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office email scheduling tools).
  • Physical ability to conduct site walks and respond to incidents as needed.
Desired Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2years of experience in security operations field supervision or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of unarmed security personnel.
  • Prior experience working in a fastpaced multisite environment.
  • Knowledge of Nebraska state-specific security regulations is a plus.
  • Experience with incident reporting systems and client relationship management.
