We are seeking a unique and experienced UKG Pro WFM Senior Consultant with expertise in the Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduler module to join our team.
What You Will Do:
- Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design build test and useradoption.
- Discover and analyze client business requirements and businessprocesses.
- Create usable documentation including audit findings business requirements and product designdocuments.
- Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping Scheduleretc.).
- Actively participate and as needed lead testing and quality assurance activities for theprojects.
- Assist with change management and user acceptancetesting.
- Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time andbudget.
- Maintain the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked task status and relateddocumentation.
- Maintain current in-depth technical functional and operational knowledge of UKG PRO WFM (Dimensions).
- Experience with UKG Workforce Central and understanding of Workforce Central vs. PRO WFM differences is helpful but not required.
Your knowledge skills and abilities:
- Minimum 5 years UKG experience with completing full implementations of UKG WorkforceCentral and/or at least 1 UKG PRO WFM project live.
- Certified in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
- End-to-end experience with the following Dimensionsmodules:
- Timekeeping
- Scheduler
- Ability to assist with Business Structure Workshops in relation to Scheduling.
- Completed UKG PRO WFM Scheduling Partner/Employee training.
- Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships. You are expected toWOW! thecustomer.
- Excellent oral and written communicationskills.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalentexperience).
- Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
What would make you an outstanding candidate:
- UKG PRO WFM Scheduling certification.
- End-to-end experience with the following UKG PRO WFM modules:
- Scheduling
- Forecasting
- Healthcare Productivity
- Experience with ADP Workforce Management optional.
- Understanding of UKG Navigator Paragon and Launch methodology/tools.
