The UI/UX Engineer/Designer will design and implement user interfaces for the WDP Systems web applications ensuring intuitive accessible and consistent user experiences. They will collaborate with product owners and developers to translate requirements into wireframes mockups and prototypes guiding the development of user-facing components. Responsibilities include conducting user research to create personas and journey maps designing information architecture and navigation flows and developing interactive prototypes to validate concepts. They will establish and maintain design systems and component libraries implement responsive designs for various devices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. Additionally they will conduct usability testing iterate designs based on user feedback and document design specifications for development teams. • We are actively seeking multiple levels:
• Junior: 0 - 3 years of experience Bachelors Degree
• Journeyman: 4 - 7 years of experience Bachelors Degree
• Senior: 8 years of experience Bachelors Degree
• Good communication skills self-starter mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:

• Salary at Avalore is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combinaition of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
• Salary estimates for this job range from $85000 - $186000.
