UIUX Designer (Web & Mobile)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing consistent and user-friendly
  
• Conduct user research including surveys interviews and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions
  
• Create wireframes mockups prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
  
• Maintain and evolve design systems style guides and UI standards
  
• Optimize designs based on user feedback analytics and performance metrics
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends tools and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
  
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (portfolio required)
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
  
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus but not required
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments
  
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms
  
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality and business goals
