Job Summary: In this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality user interfaces with a strong emphasis on usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with product managers designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant functional UI solutions.
- Implement responsive designs to ensure cross-platform and cross-device compatibility.
- Champion best practices in frontend development including component reusability and performance optimization.
- Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to elevate UI quality and consistency.
- Stay current with the latest UI trends technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
- Clearly document technical decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in UI design principles and frontend development methodologies.
- Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React Vue or Angular.
- Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and component-based architectures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a passion for clear open collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with end-users and deliver delightful experiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote distributed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UI animation micro-interactions or design systems.
- Background in building accessible inclusive digital products.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional remote teams.
