Job Summary: In this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality user interfaces with a strong emphasis on usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant functional UI solutions.
  • Implement responsive designs to ensure cross-platform and cross-device compatibility.
  • Champion best practices in frontend development including component reusability and performance optimization.
  • Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to elevate UI quality and consistency.
  • Stay current with the latest UI trends technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
  • Clearly document technical decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in UI design principles and frontend development methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React Vue or Angular.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and component-based architectures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a passion for clear open collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with end-users and deliver delightful experiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UI animation micro-interactions or design systems.
  • Background in building accessible inclusive digital products.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional remote teams.
