Location: Tyler TX
Pay: $52000 - $58000 per year
Status: Salary Non-Exempt
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Monday - Friday
100% On-site

What Youll Do

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Review invoices purchase orders and receiving documentation for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and process payment runs including checks and electronic payments.
• Respond to vendor and internal customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized and accurate Accounts Payable files and records.
• Successfully manage a high volume of vendor accounts and transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Accounting Business or related field preferred.
• Accounts Payable experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a similar ERP/accounting system is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of invoices and vendor accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven record of dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work additional hours when business needs require.
