Whether youre new to the industry or have previous manufacturing construction or carpentry experience we provide opportunities for growth and roof and floor trusses according to specifications and production and secure lumber and truss components using hand tools pneumatic tools and manufacturing cut and prepare materials to exact products to ensure quality standards are met and identify any equipment used in fastening and assembly at various stations throughout the production process as business needs a clean organized and safe work all company safety policies and required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all other duties as Were Looking ForPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in carpentry construction manufacturing assembly or working with hand tools power tools or production prior experience is required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and RequirementsTo successfully perform this role employees must be able to:Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the use hands and arms to grasp handle and assemble lift up to 50 lift up to 25 lift up to 100 pounds with assistance when bend stoop kneel crouch climb and EnvironmentThis position is performed in a manufacturing environment and may involve:Exposure to moving machinery and mechanical to varying weather conditions including heat and to dust vibration and industrial use of hearing protection eye protection and other PPE.
