Client Representative LegalTrial Specialist
Responsible for increasing revenue retention usage and customer preference forCoCounselWestlawand Practical Lawthrough targeted training and trial support. Maintains relationships with existing named accounts and provides technical and administrative product information demonstrations and/or product training focused onCoCounseland OLI products.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as aTrial Specialist you will:
Conduct individual WAYWO and ROI sessions with eachCoCounseltrial participant
Drive trial usage at the individual user level forCoCounsel
Host small group sessions to demonstrateCoCounselsvalue and features
Gather user testimonials specific toCoCounsel
Compile trial success reporting during and at the conclusion of eachCoCounseltrial
Effectivelypartner with sales and solutions consultants onnetnew salesopportunities
Primary product focus:CoCounselLegal inclusive of Practical Law and Westlaw
About You:
Yourea fit for the role ofTrial Specialistif you:
Hold a J.D. or have equivalent legal experience
Possessstrong communicationand presentation skills especially via telephone
Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
Maintain a customer-centric focus
Have well-developed negotiation skills
Show strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced changing environment
