Job Summary
Responsibilities:Educate consult and present patient treatment plansSchedules and confirms patient appointmentsVerifies insurance for all clinical appointmentsEnters information on dental software in patient accountsEnsures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate informationCollects all monies due for services renderedDevelops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessarySupport marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growthGreet and check patients in and out before and after treatmentEducate consult and present patient treatment plansQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredA minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental settingProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of dental software strongly preferred
