Treasury Management Associate

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Treasury Management Associate.

As Treasury Management Associate you will:
Daily Cash & Treasury Operations: Execute daily cash movements ACH transactions domestic/international wires bill payments check issuance and internal transfer journal entries for commercial accounts.
Technical Troubleshooting: Independently upload validate and troubleshoot commercial payment files (NACHA Positive Pay wire feeds) and hardware/software issues with business check scanners and bill pay portals.
Client Phone Support: Handle inbound client calls and perform outbound follow-ups to resolve operational and technical payment issues efficiently.
Compliance & Accounting: Post entries to SAP/ERP platforms complete bank reconciliations and adhere to Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: Experience in B2B Treasury Support Cash Management Operations or Commercial Banking Payment Troubleshooting.
Software & Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP platforms) Microsoft Office (Windows environment) and Remote Deposit Capture / check scanner drivers.
Key Skills: High technical independence fast learner solid understanding of general ledger accounting and clear verbal communication on phone systems.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
