TRC Environmental Services Supervisor

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES SUPERVISORRESPONSIBLE TO: Production Coordinator/Environmental ServicesFUNCTION:Acts as a working lead person for a crew of clients performing on or off-site environmental services. Supervises through environmental aide any assigned custodial crews or lawn care DUTIES:1. Directs the activities of client workers assigned to the crew ensuring that proper custodial or lawn care procedures are followed.2. Acts as first-line customer contact to assure that all customers needs are met.3. Directs the daily activities of any assigned sides and their crews.4. Orders supplies as needed and maintains proper records of such.5. Consults with Environmental Services Coordinator concerning performance and operations problems.6. Consults with clients case managers regularly concerning client problems and progress.7. Implements and monitors client behavioral modification plans when necessary.8. Participates in regular client reviews with clients and case managers.9. Participates in evaluation of hourly paid clients to determine commensurate wage. 10. Records production payroll into the system so that clients are paid correctly. 11. Responsible for the location of all assigned clients during work hours including breaks and specific lunch periods. 12. Performs other duties as KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Working knowledge of custodial and lawn care practices and equipment; working knowledge of principles of supervising disabled adults in a work environment; ability to supervise other aides; ability to direct the work of assigned crews; ability to keep records and make reports as necessary; physical condition to commensurate with the demands of the job. May be required to wear a beeper during and after regular work hours. May be required to be ON CALL for emergencies within the QUALIFICATIONS:A High School diploma or GED with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of custodial and lawn care experience is required.
