Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation and skilled therapy setting. This role involves evaluating diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders across adult patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech language cognitive and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Provide therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing function
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress

End Date: 09/19/2026

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM

Contract Length: Approximately 13 Weeks
Work Schedule: Monday Friday

Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Clinical experience in rehab or healthcare setting preferred
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitative care
