Your Impact

• Coordinate and manage guest travel arrangements via phone to explain the vacation package availability.
• Collaborate with sales and resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out.
• Provide personalized support to guests addressing questions resolving issues and enhancing the overall vacation experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting to track travel details preferences and guest feedback.
• Champion cross-functional teamwork ensuring communication and collaboration across Vacatia departments for optimal guest satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Previous outbound sales experience in travel coordination guest services or hospitality operations preferably in timeshare or vacation ownership environments.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strength in organization communication and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task adapt to changing priorities and provide a seamless experience for guests.
• Must be able to work evenings.
