- Communicate and enforce corporate travel policies with the company travel agent to ensure full alignment.
- Process expense reports and carefully reconcile credit card payments utilizing Concur and AMEX platforms.
- Analyze travel data and expenses using Microsoft Excel to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.
- Provide high-level customer service and support to internal employees navigating travel arrangements or expense reporting as well as external vendors.
- Troubleshoot travel-related issues or expense discrepancies with an analytical problem-solving mindset.
- Support maintaining fleet records and administer fleet program details including financing billing maintenance repairs accidents and insurance.
- Obtain vehicles for newly eligible employees and coordinate replacements as needed.
- Recommend vehicles for the company selection list and compute personal usage of company cars for tax reporting.
- Stay informed of auto industry and fleet management trends to make recommendations for policy updates.

Skills & Capabilities:
- Oral and written communication skills
Min Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
- BA/BS or equivalent and 5 years of experience related to fleet and travel administration required
- Several years of experience in a financial or purchasing capacity preferred

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $65000 to $85000 range. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education relevant experience skillset knowledge and particular business needs.
This role is eligible for medical dental and vision insurance 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match as well as paid vacation and sick sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our managementand select professional rolesare eligible for a performance-based bonus.
