- Completion of CA CSEC (California Controlled Substance Education Course (PAs Only
- Must be actively working at a TJC-accredited hospital; Local & clean record are preferred
- Take patient history perform physical exam make assessment and diagnosis.
- Order x-ray labs therapies and nursing services.
- Perform or assist with procedures including laceration repair central line insertion chest tube insertion etc.
- Initiate admissions complete medical records and facilitate referrals.
- Administer medication and transmit prescriptions under supervising physicians direction.
