Translator Interpreter

111 Sign is seeking a skilled Translator / Interpreter to help bridge language gaps between our team customers and vendors. This role supports clear communication across sales customer service and production by translating written materials and interpreting conversations in real time ensuring every customer regardless of language receives accurate information and excellent service.

• Interpret phone calls in-person conversations or video calls between English-speaking staff and non-English-speaking customers/vendors
• Translate written materials such as quotes invoices contracts order forms and marketing content
• Assist customer service and sales teams during calls or chats with non-English-speaking customers
• Translate signage design proofs product descriptions or instructions as needed
• Ensure translations are accurate culturally appropriate and consistent with company tone/branding
• Support production or installation teams by interpreting during on-site interactions with customers or vendors when needed
• Maintain glossaries or translation references for consistency across documents
• Flag unclear or ambiguous source content and confirm intended meaning before translating
• Maintain confidentiality of customer order and business information
• Assist with translating website content signage templates or customer-facing materials as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in translation/interpretation a plus
• Fluency (spoken and written) in English and at least one additional language
• Prior experience in translation interpretation or bilingual customer service preferred
• Strong written communication skills in both languages
• Excellent listening skills and ability to interpret accurately in real time
• Ability to maintain neutrality and accuracy without altering meaning or tone
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
