What You Will Do:
Leads planning and execution of transition activities required to move solutions into operational use. Coordinates stakeholders schedules dependencies and readiness activities to support successful adoption of new capabilities. Ensures continuity of operations and alignment between implementation and sustainment activities.

Lead transition planning and execution for FMBT conversion and interface workstreams so the incoming team can assume active wave work without negatively affecting go-live dates. Develop and manage transition strategy timeline transition project plan methodology roles/responsibilities risk approach and risk log updates; coordinate knowledge transfer current-state assessment continuity of in-flight conversion/interface work mock/final conversion transition break-fix work and operational readiness.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST

• Bachelors degree

• EIGHT (8) or more years of professional experience in transition planning stakeholder coordination readiness management dependency tracking and/or implementation-to-sustainment alignment.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with Momentum/iFAMS Agile/SAFe PI cadence runbooks knowledge-transfer playbooks federal financial systems conversion/interface transition change management and multi-vendor coordination.
