Hatch is seeking a dynamic Transit Business Analyst. Reporting to the Infrastructure group you will support offices globally working from our Denver CO office location.

Qualifications:

• Roles at this level are filled by recent or soon to be university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills
• Preferred bachelors or masters degree in business administration data analytics economics mathematics or a relevant field
• Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

As the successful candidate you will:

• Analyze and report within projects including:

• Analysis of businesses technical performance indicators andcosts;

• Identificationrankingand management ofrisks;

• Development of financial models to support investment decisions

• Research review clean and analyze data tofacilitatethe development of well-supported value-add solutions to customers most complex challenges

• Create and design client-facing presentations proposalsreportsand spreadsheets.

• Work on a variety of projects with exposure to several industries geographies and project types

• Undertake potentially frequent international travel to client/project sites or other Hatch offices to co-locate with teams

• Development of general business project skills and/or greater depth of knowledge within an industry or functional specialization

• Identifyand engage new clients to grow the practice

• Remainupdated on the industrycompetitorsand trends with a view to ensuring that Hatchs services best align to market needs

• Constantly develop and review clients approach

You bring to the role:

• Ability to write Power BI reports

• Strong leadership initiative commitment to excellence and personal growth

• Keen interest in mining metals energy or infrastructure and supporting technical and business management

• Strongproficiencyin Microsoft office suitespecifically PowerPoint and Excel

• Perform assignments related to your sector
• Assist with preparation of detailed design for projects
• Support preparation of drawings from detailed notes and specifications
• Coordination with other technicians/engineers on projects
• Provide support to Senior Engineers and Designers as and when needed

Compensation:

Range: $65000 $70000

At Hatch we are committed to fair andequitablecompensation accordance withlegislated pay transparency requirements the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills experiencequalificationsand addition to base pay our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives comprehensive benefits and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
