Transducer Assembly Technician

The Transducer Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling precision force-measuring transducers and related components used in biomechanical equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail fine motor skills and the ability to perform precision soldering under a microscope while maintaining quality and production standards.

• Assemble and prepare force-measuring transducers and related components according to established procedures and specifications.

• Perform precision soldering of small electronic components using a microscope.

• Inspect assembled components to ensure accuracy quality and compliance with production standards.

• Follow work instructions safety procedures and quality control requirements.

• Maintain an organized and clean work area.

• Communicate with production management regarding workflow quality concerns and production timelines.

• Complete assigned production tasks accurately and within established deadlines.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Ability to perform delicate assembly and precision soldering tasks.

• Ability to work with small components under a microscope.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.

• Reliable attendance and ability to meet production expectations.

• Previous experience in electronics assembly soldering precision manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
