Job Summary
TheTransaction Processing Supervisorleads and oversees a team responsible foraccurateandtimelychild support payment processing for the Kentucky State Disbursement Unit. This role ensures operational excellence by driving performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) fostering team development andmaintaininghigh standardsfor quality productivity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure team performance consistently meets or exceeds established service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including productivity quality and attendance and implement improvements as needed.
Provide day-to-day leadership guidance and support to staff including resolving processing questions and escalations.
Oversee production operations quality control and Team Lead activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain accountability for the accuracy quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
Identify process gaps operational risks and barriers; develop and implement effective solutions.
Developmaintain and update policies and procedures to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Conduct periodic security and compliance reviews to ensure adherence toestablished protocols.
Contribute to workforce planning staffing projections and payroll input.
Prepare and deliver reports on operational performance and metrics.
Support a culture of continuous improvement accountability and employee engagement.
Performadditional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior experience in data entry mailroom operations and/or outbound mail processing.
Minimum of 2 years of recent leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint).
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proven ability to lead coach motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism accountability and attention to detail.
Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours as needed.

The estimated salary range for this role is $42427 - $55100.
