Transaction Processing Supervisor

TheTransaction Processing Supervisorleads and oversees a team responsible foraccurateandtimelychild support payment processing for the Kentucky State Disbursement Unit. This role ensures operational excellence by driving performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) fostering team development andmaintaininghigh standardsfor quality productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure team performance consistently meets or exceeds established service level agreements (SLAs).

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including productivity quality and attendance and implement improvements as needed.

• Provide day-to-day leadership guidance and support to staff including resolving processing questions and escalations.

• Oversee production operations quality control and Team Lead activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Maintain accountability for the accuracy quality and timeliness of all deliverables.

• Identify process gaps operational risks and barriers; develop and implement effective solutions.

• Developmaintain and update policies and procedures to support operational efficiency and compliance.

• Conduct periodic security and compliance reviews to ensure adherence toestablished protocols.

• Contribute to workforce planning staffing projections and payroll input.

• Prepare and deliver reports on operational performance and metrics.

• Support a culture of continuous improvement accountability and employee engagement.

• Performadditional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry mailroom operations and/or outbound mail processing.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to lead coach motivate and develop high-performing teams.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of professionalism accountability and attention to detail.

• Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours as needed.

The estimated salary range for this role is $42427 - $55100.
