Job Description

Purpose: Provides administrative program and project support to ensure efficient operation of the Clinical Research Unit and related quality systems. Trains new employees reviews trainee data for accuracy and compliancewith procedural requirements. Creates and maintains training files assists in organizing coordinating and verifying departmental activities tomaintain compliance data integrity and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions and Other Job Information:

Present and facilitate new employee orientation sessions to introduce GCP principles clinical expectations and quality standards.
Assists and prepares technical training materials as well as administering trainingdevelopment programs.
Maintains and manages electronic data and records systems ensuring accurateentry tracking and reporting of information that supports departmentalprograms training activities and quality processes in compliance with GCP anddata integrity standards.
Coordinates logistics for department meetings training sessions andconferencesboth virtual and in-personincluding scheduling room or platformsetup participant registration and material preparation.
Prepares organizes and distributes training materials and departmentaldeliverables ensuring timely availability and version control in accordance withdocument management procedures.
Performs a variety of administrative and operational support tasks includingrecordkeeping filing photocopying scanning and maintaining department filesto ensure compliance and accessibility

**Build collaborative working relationships with supervisors and team members tosupport continuous learning and compliance.

Job Knowledge Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned
tasks.

Job Complexity Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need foroccasional deviation from accepted practice

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Technical positions may require a certificate
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at
least 2 years).
In some cases an equivalency consisting of a combination of appropriate education training and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePointOneNote and other corporate software platforms
Solid written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to manage organize and secure sensitive information
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and cross functional multi-cultural global teamenvironment
Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Capable of supporting small-scale collaborative meetings and presentations
