Training Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
- Support training compliance activities associated with remediation and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and maintain employee training records curricula and qualification documentation.
- Ensure training assignments are completed within established timelines and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development review and maintenance of training materials and qualification programs.
- Monitor training completion metrics overdue assignments and employee qualification status.
- Perform training record audits and identify gaps requiring corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Learning Management System (LMS) processes.
- Collaborate with Quality Operations Engineering and Subject Matter Experts to ensure training requirements are accurately implemented.
- Assist with remediation efforts involving training documentation SOP updates and qualification records.
- Generate compliance reports dashboards and training metrics for management review.
- Support internal audits regulatory inspections and quality system assessments related to training compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen training effectiveness and compliance performance.
- Ensure training documentation follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and applicable quality standards
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Business Administration Education Engineering Organizational Development or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting training compliance quality systems learning management or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in Medical Device Pharmaceutical Biotechnology or other FDA-regulated industries.
- Knowledge of training administration employee qualification processes and compliance documentation.
- Experience maintaining training records and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work in El Paso Texas.
- Experience supporting remediation inspection readiness or compliance improvement projects.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations ISO 13485 and Medical Device Quality Systems.
- Experience with electronic Learning Management Systems in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of CAPA change control deviation management and training effectiveness evaluations.
- Certification in Quality Compliance Training Administration or related disciplines.

Required Skills:
Education: Doctorate 2 years of Project Management experience or Masters 4 years of Project Management experience or Bachelors 6 years of Project Management experience or Associates 10 years of Project Management experience or High school/GED 12 years of Project Manage Change Control experience Fluent business English and Spanish written and oral Effective verbal and written communication skills (writing and presentations). Understanding and experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules. Experience with SAP Trackwise and Project management tools preferred. Highly proficient with MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint Practical project management software and spreadsheet skills proficient computer operation skills.
