Trainer Lead- 2nd Shift

POSITION SUMMARY

This positionutilizesinstructional/coaching methodsandskill development to support the team and ensure all employees are working efficiently and meeting company standards.

EESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train new employees and retrain/cross-train current employees on all aspects of their role and processes
• Complete training/evaluation paperwork audit training methods and job breakdown sheetsand report status of the programs

• Coordinate training and other various initiatives and projectswith CI Training Supervisor and Operations

• Deliver training programs ( Within Industry (TWI)) to employees andobserve/provide feedback on progress

• Coach and support hourlyleaders(train the trainer sessions)

• Understand and strive to fulfill company goals and work to create an environmentof efficiency and effectiveness

• Support company safetyqualityand productivity initiatives

• All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred

• 3 years of Forklift experience preferred

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools preferred

• Previousknowledge of process improvement procedures and best practices preferred

• Skilled in providing/receivingconstructive feedback

Physical and Mental Requirements

While performing the duties of this job theemployeerequires the ability to:

• Hearreadandcomprehend write and communicate

• Continuously grasp and handle objects and work around moving machinery

• Regularly stand walk bend squat/kneel twist/turn or reach

• Spend 70 80% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment

• Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant along with depthperceptioncapabilities
