Trainer

• Degree in related field and equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2 or more years experience as a Trainer/Education Instructor
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referrals.
• Ability to problem solve and work with a diverse customer base.
• Must be well organized detailed oriented and accuracy driven.
• Must be able to handle assignments quickly and efficiently meet deadlines and handle confidential matters in a mature and responsible manner.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must exhibit excellent interpersonal organizational and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
