Position SummaryA Traffic Controller is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient traffic flow in construction zones or areas prone to the impact of traffic safely and efficiently using hand signals flags or other signals to guide vehicles and pedestrians through construction sites or around road be vigilant and aware of potential hazards. They must ensure drivers and pedestrians follow safety protocols and take appropriate precautions to prevent controllers must communicate effectively with drivers pedestrians and other be responsible for setting up cones barriers and other traffic control devices ensuring these devices are visible to traffic flow: Traffic controllers must monitor traffic flow to identify potential problems or bottlenecks.
