Job Summary:
As a Foreman youll take charge of the daily activities of the Maintenance-of-Way (MoW) crew ensuring track infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability. This leadership role combines hands-on oversight with planning and problem-solving to keep rail operations running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a leadership role values safety and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where precision and teamwork matter.

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure organized and efficient railroad operations
  • Enforce compliance with safety procedures and maintain accurate compliance records
  • Monitor and support all maintenance and other costs to stay within budget
  • Support the MoW department in meeting its track signal and capital-projects service goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Candidates should live within 500 miles of assigned location. Employees are required to travel to assigned work location for start of rotation and receive mileage reimbursement following the company reimbursement guidelines.
