Toyota Service Porter

We are looking for a friendly dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our Toyota service team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people takes pride in keeping things clean and organized and wants to be part of a professional dealership environment.

TheService Porter plays an important role in creating a positive guest experience by welcoming customers safely moving vehicles and helping maintain a clean comfortable and inviting service department.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guest with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist guest as they arrive for service and help direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Safely move and park customer vehicles.
• Retrieve vehicles for guests when their service is complete.
• Make coffee and ensure the guest drink station is clean stocked and presentable.
• Keep the service drive customer lounge and other assigned ares clean and organized.
• Empty trash wipe down surfaces and maintain a neat appearance throughout the day.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers licensee with a good driving record.
• Friendly professional and customer-service oriented attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guest and coworkers.
• Ability to stand walk and work indoors and outdoors as needed.
