Position Overview

As a Tour Reception Coordinator youll welcome guests coordinate tour arrivals support the Sales and Marketing teams and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours

• Assist guests with payments reservations and general resort information

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service

• Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership

• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics

• Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day

• Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area

• Support administrative projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous administrative receptionist front desk or customer service experience preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional friendly and detail-oriented

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
