Quattro Energy Services Inc is seeking a ToolPusher to join our operations team in Dallas. This full-time on-site position offers a rewarding opportunity to work within the oil energy solar and greentech industry supporting field operations that keep our projects running safely efficiently and on schedule. As a ToolPusher you will play a critical role on our rig crews ensuring that tools equipment and downhole components are correctly prepared inspected and deployed.

In this associate-level role you will work closely with rig operators floor hands and supervisors to maintain tool readiness and support drilling and completions activities. You will be responsible for assembling disassembling and maintaining tools troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring all operations comply with safety and operational standards. We offer a competitive annual salary range of $75000 - $170000 along with benefits and opportunities for advancement. • Assemble disassemble and maintain downhole tools and related equipment
• Inspect tools for wear damage and proper function before and after use
• Prepare and organize tools for upcoming drilling and completion operations
• Coordinate with rig crews and supervisors to ensure timely tool delivery to the floor
• Operate and maintain tool handling equipment and machinery safely
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs in the field
• Maintain accurate records of tool usage maintenance and inventory
• Follow all company and industry safety procedures and protocols
• Assist in rig-up and rig-down activities as required
• Communicate equipment status and operational concerns to supervisors
• Keep work areas clean organized and compliant with safety standards
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to tool performance and reliability

• Experience in oilfield services or a related energy operations role
• Hands-on experience with downhole tools rig equipment or mechanical systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on-site in a physically demanding field environment
• Comfort working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift carry and handle heavy tools and equipment safely
• Understanding of rig operations and oilfield terminology
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including extended shifts when needed
