We are currently seeking Tooling Supervisor with the below qualifications:

Professional Attributes

The Tooling Manager is responsible for the overall management maintenance and continuous improvement of all tooling-related activities within the manufacturing facility. This includes the design fabrication repair modification and lifecycle management of tools dies molds jigs and fixtures to support production processes.

The Tooling Manager ensures that tooling operations meet production requirements quality standards cost targets and delivery schedules.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering Production Quality and Maintenance teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Technology or related field (preferred); equivalent experience accepted.

• 8 years of experience in tooling mold making or die maintenance with 3 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of tooling design maintenance and manufacturing processes (e.g. CNC machining EDM injection molding).

• Proficient in CAD software and tooling documentation systems.

• Experience with root cause analysis lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
