Job Summary
In this role you will impact the reliability and precision of our manufacturing tools and equipment enabling smooth production flow and supporting the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain repair and modify tools dies and fixtures to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Fabricate and assemble precision tooling components according to engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on tooling equipment.
- Document maintenance activities and tool modifications accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a tool and die technician or in a similar role within manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of tool and die fabrication maintenance and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and machining tools.
WE VALUE
- Associate degree or technical certification in Tool and Die Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in tool and die maintenance and fabrication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in tool maintenance.

The salary range for this position is $47900.00 - $59900.00. Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
