Job Description
Robotic Engineering SpecialistWe are seeking a Robotic Engineering Specialist to maintain troubleshoot and repair industrial robots and automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on robotics PLC electrical and automation experience and can work effectively in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose troubleshoot maintain and repair industrial robots and automation equipment.
- Program and troubleshoot robots and PLCs.
- Troubleshoot electrical electronic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Read blueprints schematics sketches and technical instructions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Work with production maintenance engineering suppliers and management to resolve equipment issues.
- Complete maintenance reports and communicate technical information clearly.
- Support safe reliable equipment operation and product quality.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent experience.
- Associate degree/Journeyperson status in Maintenance Electrical Robotics or related field OR 5 years of industrial robotics or automation experience.
- Training or experience with:
- Industrial robotics
- Robot and PLC programming/troubleshooting
- Industrial electronics
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Basic tools
- Good computer and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
