Tool & Die Fabricator II

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical training require.
Years of Experience: 2 or more years of fabrication experience required.
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Requirements: Proficient and certified in MIG welding required.

Responsibilities:
Perform basic repair process of golf carts and heavy equipment bodies frames and related components.
Read and interpret requested fabricated blueprints.
Assist in training team members to meet established fabrication specifications.
Create and test prototypes racking systems when standard methods do not apply.
Fabricate templates for bending shaping and bracing metal structures.
Utilize manual machine (Press Lathe etc.) tools to create basic components as required.
Set-up and maintain use of portable burning/heating torches and plasma cutters.
Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as required.
Operate a wide variety of thread types and sizes and utilize basic torque techniques.
Perform other duties as assigned.
