We are a professional staffing firm working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently we have a Title Closer opportunity with a Title Company in Miami FL to support their year end high volume Builder Closing files.
The Title Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

The Title Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Ability to review the file to ensure all requirements are met for Closing and schedule closings.
- Prepare the final Closing package balance and prepare the final Closing Disclosure.
- Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction ie. Buyers Real Estate Agents Builders and Lenders.
- No Closing at the table required.
- Must be Bilingual/Spanish.
- 3 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with SoftPro closing software.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and balance Real Estate Title Closing Disclosures accurately.
