Title Administration Specialist

Pay is $22-$25 an hour depending on experience.

Job Overview - How Youll Contribute:

Ready to provide a Best-in-Class experience for our customers in the title world HH is hiring for a Title Administration Specialist where you will work as a Title Clerk. You will be responsible for all title paperwork relative to sold purchased and traded vehicles transactions. You will also be a point of contact for calls and emails to the title department to help things process smoothly!

• Process all title paperwork relative to sold purchased and traded vehicles transactions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate computerized and manual document vehicle records.
• Verify that VIN numbers in the computer system match the title/MSO title applications power of attorney etc.
• Be knowledgeable of Nebraska and Iowa titling laws Utilize resources to be able to process titling in all states.
• Notate progress of all assigned transactions in current tracking system per the established guidelines
• Provide a Best in Class experience for all customers and associates.
• Pay is $22-$25 an hour depending on experience.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 4:30pm depending on lunch break.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• Valid drivers license with a good driving record for occasional runs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to read and comprehend information and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use office equipment.
• Strong Customer service and interpersonal skills.
