ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a Tier 2/Tier 3 IT Technician Regional Support supporting multiple locations throughout the Orlando/Lake Mary region. This position begins as a contract assignment through January 2027 with strong potential for extension or conversion to a full-time employee.

The Tier 2/Tier 3 IT Technician Regional Support provides hands-on technical support for multiple locations throughout the Orlando/Lake Mary area. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues involving end-user hardware software networking peripherals and other IT technologies while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting and analytical skills can independently diagnose and resolve technical issues and knows when to escalate more complex problems to appropriate Tier 3 or specialized support teams.
Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for multiple regional office locations.
Install configure upgrade repair and maintain desktops laptops docking stations printers mobile devices phones audiovisual equipment and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems business applications and end-user hardware.
Diagnose and resolve LAN WAN VPN wireless networking and printer connectivity issues.
Identify root causes of technical issues and provide timely resolution or escalation.
Serve as a primary IT liaison for assigned locations.
Manage incidents and service requests through the organizations IT ticketing system.
Maintain established service level agreements (SLAs) while providing exceptional customer support.
Perform workstation provisioning deployments migrations technology refreshes and equipment replacements.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management records.
Install configure monitor test and maintain assigned technologies.
Support planned maintenance windows infrastructure upgrades and unplanned outages.
Communicate effectively with end users regarding ticket status scheduled maintenance and system changes.
Provide technical consultation guidance and basic end-user training.
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for emergency support.
Assist with disaster recovery initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure networking security and business teams on technology projects.
1 years of IT support desktop support help desk field service or related technical experience
Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical support is preferred.
Experience supporting multiple locations or working in a field service environment is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in Information Technology or technical certifications such as CompTIA A Network Microsoft or related certifications are preferred.

Windows desktop and laptop environments
Desktop hardware installation and repair
Microsoft Office and business productivity applications
Mobile devices and smartphones
Network and local printers
LAN WAN VPN and wireless networking
Audio/Visual equipment
Active Directory user support
IT ticketing systems

Computer imaging and deployments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional demeanor when supporting both employees and customer-facing facilities
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed
Contract through January 2027 with strong potential for extension or permanent hire
