Location: Fallon NV
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
Schedule: 4 days per week including Saturdays (required)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Thrift Store Associate to join our team. This position involves unloading and processing donations maintaining a clean and organized store and assisting with general day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated works well independently and can identify tasks that need to be completed without requiring constant direction.

Responsibilities

Unload and sort donated furniture clothing and household items
Lift and move bags of clothing weighing up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
Assist with organizing and stocking merchandise throughout the store
Perform general janitorial duties including:
- Dusting
- Cleaning windows
- Vacuuming
- Maintaining overall store cleanliness
Organize and maintain storage sheds and backroom areas
Ensure donated items and inventory are stored safely and efficiently
Support other store operations as needed

Qualifications

Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Reliable punctual and dependable
Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday
Previous retail warehouse thrift store or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
