Thrift Store Associate

Location: Fallon NV
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
Schedule: 4 days per week including Saturdays (required)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Thrift Store Associate to join our team. This position involves unloading and processing donations maintaining a clean and organized store and assisting with general day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated works well independently and can identify tasks that need to be completed without requiring constant direction.

• Unload and sort donated furniture clothing and household items
• Lift and move bags of clothing weighing up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
• Assist with organizing and stocking merchandise throughout the store
• Perform general janitorial duties including:
  • Dusting
  • Cleaning windows
  • Vacuuming
  • Maintaining overall store cleanliness
• Organize and maintain storage sheds and backroom areas
• Ensure donated items and inventory are stored safely and efficiently
• Support other store operations as needed

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Reliable punctual and dependable
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday
• Previous retail warehouse thrift store or janitorial experience is helpful but not required

One of the following schedules:

• Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Saturday or
• Tuesday Thursday Friday and Saturday

Saturday availability is required.

• Starting wage of $15.00 per hour
• Opportunity for a wage increase after 60-90 days based on performance and reliability
