Position: Therapy Coordinator
Location: 1199 Pleasant Valley Way West Orange NJ
Schedule: Per Diem 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Minimum of 2 shifts per month: weekend and weekday needs)

Compensation: $22 per Hour

The Therapy Coordinator performs various administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Services Department.

• Position requires initiative problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Coordinates patient scheduling assists with staffing audits and related activities.
• Promotes enhanced operations through strong communication and computer skills.

Minimum Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required

• Proficiency in office skills including typing and computer skills and the use of office equipment is required.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Previous experience within a therapy department and/or rehabilitation setting preferred.
