• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on their interests budget travel style and preferred destinations
• Research and organize vacation options including theme park resorts ticket options accommodations transportation cruises dining excursions and travel add-ons
• Provide support for popular family and theme park destinations including Disney vacations Universal-style getaways beach vacations cruises and all-inclusive resort experiences
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely professional and service-focused manner
• Maintain accurate client records travel details confirmations preferences deadlines and supporting documentation
• Help clients understand vacation options timelines payment deadlines travel requirements and important trip details
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy organization and follow-through
• Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth enjoyable and well-coordinated vacation planning experience
• Stay engaged with training resources supplier updates destination information and travel-related tools
