Responsibilities:

The qualified candidate will provide expert and second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians. Provide technical advice and guidance on installation adaptation configuration or enhancement of technical products programs and systems.

• Key responsibilities include:
  • Testing training and fielding support to customers regarding technical aspects of designated systems and services
  • Providing expertise for the resolution of technical problems troubleshooting products and modifying products to customer requirements
  • Maintaining network stability through advanced troubleshooting timely resolution of incidents and proactive maintenance to provide the maximum availability and optimal Mean Time to Repair
  • Provide training to customers requiring frequent travel and onsite work at the customer site
  • Partner with developers and engineers to reduce reoccurring incidents and will answer questions about installation operation configuration customization and usage of designated systems and services

Work Environment:

• Location: On-Site 8300 Professional Place Landover MD
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS)
• Working Hours: Willingness to work outside of normal working hours

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience/Education:
  • Bachelors degree and no years of relevant experience or;
  • Masters degree and no years of relevant experience or;
  • High School Diploma/GED and four plus (4) years of relevant experience
    
• Active Security Clearance: TS/SCI
• Possess knowledge of designated systems

Basic Compensation: $76700 - $115000 (This range is for Maryland only)

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus relocation benefits short-term incentives long-term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
