Senra Systems is seeking an entry-level Test Technician to join our production this role you will perform functional electrical and/or mechanical testing on manufactured components and assemblies to verify they meet engineering specifications drawing requirements and customer quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their manufacturing career to build hands-on experience in an aerospace production environment working closely with technicians quality and engineering.

What youll own:

  • Perform testing and inspection of parts and assemblies per work instructions test procedures and customer specifications.
  • Set up andoperatetest equipment (e.g. multimeters calipers gauges and test fixtures) to verify functional performance and dimensional conformance.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and GD&T callouts todeterminepass/fail criteria.
  • Accurately record test data results and non-conformancesin accordance withquality system requirements.
  • Identifyand report defects out-of-spec conditions or process issues to supervisors and engineering.
  • Assistwithmaintainingand tracking calibration status of test equipment; flag equipment needing calibration or repair.
  • Provide on-the-floor support to production technicians as needed.
  • Follow all safety quality and 5S/housekeeping standards.
  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation and traceability records in compliance with company and customer quality requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts that support quality safety and throughput goals.

What youll bring to the team:

  • High school diploma or GEDrequired.
  • 13years of experience in a manufacturing testing or quality environment (internships trade school or military technical training considered).
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers micrometers gauges) preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer for data entry and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good communicationskills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to learn new testing procedures tools and equipment.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in aerospace defense or another regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with basic electrical and/or mechanical test equipment.

Compensation:

  • Compensation will be based on experience qualifications and other job-related factors.
  • Hourly Range: $24.00- $30.00
  • This is an onsite role at our facility in Cypress CA.
