Job Summary
- Design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure Collaborate with the team to build robust scalable testing frameworks that ensure product reliability and performance.
- Participate in technical reviews Contribute to reviews of product requirements test plans and implementation strategies to ensure alignment with engineering standards and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Work alongside software hardware and manufacturing teams to solve complex engineering challenges and drive product improvements.
- Analyze change requests Evaluate proposed changes by assessing their impact on testing procedures timelines and overall product quality ensuring smooth integration into development cycles.
- Support global manufacturing test systems Assist in troubleshooting maintaining and deploying test stations across global sites while developing user-friendly hardware interfaces and comprehensive support documentation such as service manuals and troubleshooting guides.

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location(Shakopee Chanhassen or Eden Prairie MN)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior internship experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
