Workday ERP Specialist with EIB
Job Summary
The Technical Specialist in Workday (Technical) will be responsible for leveraging Workday Studio and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) to design develop and implement technical solutions within the Workday platform. The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements configuring solutions and providing technical expertise to ensure optimal system functionality. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee the api/webservices testing efforts within the project team
2. Develop and implement test strategies test plans and test cases for api/webservices
3. Automate test cases using selenium and other relevant tools
4. Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality of code and applications
5. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
6. Identify and troubleshoot issues in api/webservices functionality
7. Participate in agile ceremonies and provide testing status updates
Skill Requirements
1. Strong experience in api/webservices testing methodologies and tools
2. Proficiency in automation testing using selenium
3. In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (sdlc) and testing processes
4. Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
7. Familiarity with tools like postman soapui jmeter for api testing
8. Experience with ci/cd pipelines and version control systems
Certifications: Relevant certifications in API testing Selenium or SDET would be a plus
