Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

Serve as the primary liaison between the Charleston builder/developer and House Beautifuls editorial and marketing teams based in New York.
Own and maintain the master project plan timelines and supporting documentation to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule.
Track sponsor products materials and project assets throughout the lifecycle of the Whole Home project.
Coordinate weekly project meetings document key decisions and drive follow-up on action items.
Organize and maintain project resources including sponsor information floor plans meeting notes and other critical documents in shared Google Drive folders.
Communicate proactively with builders designers contractors photographers videographers content creators and internal stakeholders to ensure productions and shoots run smoothly.
Support on-site project needs including conducting site visits and assisting with venue scouting when needed.
Capture detailed production notes track editorial moments and sponsor integrations and document room-by-room product details to support editorial marketing and content teams.

Qualifications (What Were Looking For)

2 years of experience in project coordination project management editorial operations event production marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative proactive approach to stakeholder management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple internal and external partners.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and tracking systems.
Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace including Google Docs Sheets Drive and Slides.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience working with creative editorial production design construction or events teams is a plus.
This is a fully remote temporary position.

The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience skills qualifications and location.
