Summary:This temporary Human Resources Admin position is anin-person role working MondayFriday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The work schedule is flexible with a preferred workload of 3240 hours per week. The role runs until July main responsibility of this role is supporting pre-employment and onboarding processes for all departments. This includes tracking onboarding progress and making sure all required paperwork and online forms are completed before employees begin work. This HR Admin will work closely with HR advisors and hiring managers across the : Aid in the recruitment process for new employees. Perform E-Verify and I9 verification. Assist with the onboarding of new hires. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide administrative support as : Minimum age of 18 years. Must have reliable transportation to and from the employment location. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
