Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to provide coverage for Mondays and Tuesdays. This is a short-term assignment that is perfect for someone looking to pick up a couple of days of work while utilizing their receptionist or administrative experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing friendly professional support in a busy office environment.
Job Duties:
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with general front desk and administrative duties
- Handle filing scanning and basic office tasks as needed
- Support office staff with day-to-day administrative needs
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
This opportunity is a great fit for someone with previous receptionist customer service or administrative experience who is professional dependable and able to jump into a role with minimal training.
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist front desk or office experience preferred
